Notice of the 34th Annual General Meeting of Members
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the 34th Annual General Meeting (the “Meeting”) of members of the Chinese Federation of Commerce of Can ada (“CFCC”) will be held at Continental Seafood Restaurant, 11700 Cambie Road, Richmond, B.C . at 5 p.m. (Pacific Standard Time) on Thursday, August 10, 2023 for the following purposes:
1. To receive the Minutes of the 33rd AGM;
2. To receive a Reviewed Finnancial Repo rt for the year ending Mar ch 31, 2022;
3. To appoint Honorary Legal Advisor for the year 2023-2024
4. To appoint Honorary Accountant for the year 2023-2024
5. To elect Board of directors 2023-202 5 :
6. To transact such further and other business as may properly co me before the Meeting or any adjournment thereof.
